We are an Australian based company specializing in high quality automotive Carbon fiber panels. Our mission is to bring the latest cutting edge carbon fiber processing technology to the aftermarket automotive world. We offer two types of Carbon fiber processing method;

"Vacuum injection method" and "Dry Carbon"

 

Vacuum injection Method

Using the vacuum injection method and twill Torai Carbon fiber fabric. Each part is made strong and light using UV resistant epoxy resin which reduces fading from exposure to the element. The vacuum injected process makes the part crack and shatter-resistant. In comparison to a hand laid carbon fiber panel, the vacuum injected method offers a 70% weight saving and higher carbon fiber to resin ratio. The same method is used by NASA to manufacture panels for their spacecraft because of its light weight, strength and the laminate it provides as extra level of protection against the element.

Dry Carbon (autoclave)

When absolute weight saving is the absolute goal, dry carbon panel is the ultimate solution. Saving a further 20% in weight compared to the vacuum injected panels, each dry carbon panel are cured under vacuum and in a pressure chamber also known as the "Autoclave". Although it lacks the gloss finish of the vacuum injected panels, what it lacks in shine, it more made up for  in strength and lightness. The same carbon fiber manufacturing method are employed by super-cars manufacturers and F1 team.
