Made using the vacuum injection method on twill Torai Carbon Fiber. Each part is made strong and light (1.5Kg) using UV resistant epoxy resin which reduces fading from exposure to the element. The vacuum injected process makes the part crack and shatter resistant.

3. Reduced Weight: Vacuum infusion allows for precise control over the resin-to-fibre ratio, optimizing material usage and reducing excess resin content. As a result, vacuum-infused carbon fibre parts tend to be lighter in weight compared to parts produced using other manufacturing techniques.

4. Complex Geometry: Vacuum infusion is well-suited for producing parts with complex shapes and intricate details. The process can accommodate complex moulds and intricate fibre orientations, allowing for the production of highly customized and aerodynamically optimized components.

This unit will allow your R35 GTR to have a smoother underbody airflow to reduce drag and add downforce to improve the car's handling around corners at high speed. This effect is also known as the "Venturi effect". F1 and time attack cars apply the same technology and principals to improve the airflow efficiency around their cars.
