Made using Autoclaved pre-impregnated method on twill Torai Carbon fibre.
Each part is made strong and light (3.5 - 4.72Kg) using UV resistant epoxy resin which reduces fading from exposure to the element. The Autoclaved pre-impregnated process makes the part crack and shatter resistant.
Bare Carbon fibre version of this part weights a mere 3.7Kg, while the gloss finished hatch weighing in at 4.72Kg. That is a weight saving of 10.28Kg to 11.28Kg compared to the OEM unit.
